“Dave and his team are an exceptional crew. I first started working with Dave in 2016 he's an amazing communicator extremely detail oriented and his crew does awesome work. If that wasn't enough although I didn't get bids from other companies I found out from neighbors that they paid $5 to $10,000 more for similar sized roofs. Not only does a roof look good but the job was completed in 3 to 4 days. He also did my elderly neighbors roof and the whole process couldn't have went better.

“Troost Roofing has worked for me throughout the years. They did a complete re-roof on my last house which improved the curb appeal of the house enormously. I had no idea how much a new roof would help in selling the house. Troost handled all the insurance aspects, met with the appraiser, and got insurance to pay the cost of the re-roof.
I've since used Troost for small repairs and call when I need an honest assessment since I've heard horror stories about roofing companies from neighbors.
Troost is the rare roofer who will tell you if you don't need a new roof. Another roofer told my neighbor the roof was badly damaged and had to be replaced while Troost responded that that wasn't the case and there was no damage to the roof. Dave, from Troost, said this while the neighbor practically had a checkbook in hand.
Often vendors get worse once you've signed their contract and services falls off, but I found that, if anything, service got even better once I signed the contract and the attention to detail I got was incredible including: vents, flashing, color, clean up, speed, billing accuracy, professionalism, and courtesy. So great to work with.”

He also suggested some additional ice shield under the solar installation to help project long term against leaks. The quote was all inclusive, no additional charges for venting or flashing. We went with the hail resistant shingles. Overall this was the highest quality and best value we found.”
